This was established years before the store, when Jon was freelancing in graphic design and branding.
He had just gotten home from a bike ride and started filling out the license application. There was a blank to write the “name of business” and he had never thought of a name.
His GPS unit was on his desk after his ride and stated, “elevation: 5518ft.”
And the rest is history.
