On May 7, 2021, a fire destroyed the historic M&M Bar and Cafe, a building that stood for 130 years, leaving a gaping hole in the soul of our community and beyond. The iconic M&M neon sign that dominated the Butte skyline, was salvaged that day.
On St. Patrick’s Day, Monday, March 17, 2025, owner Selina Pankovich flipped the switch to relight the iconic M&M Bar and Grill’s neon sign to light up Main Street once again.
