In a celebration of Butte pride, nostalgia, and a little friendly competition, the Silver Bow Drive-In officially defended their crown to become the first ever back-to-back Butte Icon Tee Tournament Champion!
The annual tournament invites the community to vote on their favorite designs in head-to-head matchups, and this year’s championship showdown delivered another unforgettable finish. Silver Bow Drive-In claimed the title over longtime fan-favorite Bonanza Freeze.
The Butte Icon Shirt Tournament has grown into a yearly spring tradition for the 5518 community. Thousands of votes were cast on the 5518 Instagram page as locals, former Butte residents, and proud supporters from all over rallied behind the businesses, landmarks, and memories that make Butte special.
The Silver Bow Drive-In design connected with voters across generations, combining classic Butte nostalgia with the spirit of summer nights, classic popcorn buckets, and community tradition.

Each year, new Butte Icon designs join the growing collection of shirts and stickers celebrating the places and traditions that continue to shape our community.
