For every transaction in November and December, 5518 donates $1 to one of four area non-profit organizations with the help of our customers. This year has been another rousing success with total donations in excess of $1,700.
Albert’s Angel Fund – Donation $541
Albert’s Angel Fund gives adoptable Butte animals a chance at a happy and healthy life by providing them with life-saving, life-changing medical care and the comforts that are needed to help them adjust to shelter life until they can go to their forever home.
Montana PBS – Donation $430
Montana PBS is a public media service that offers news, education, entertainment and local programs for Montanans. This year, Montana PBS will experience a shortfall of equal to approximately 20% of their annual operating budget.
Mile High Nordic Ski Foundation – Donation $342
The Mile High Nordic Ski Education Foundation is an all-volunteer group that maintains ski trails in the Butte and Anaconda area. The Foundation promotes ski education through ‘Learn to Ski Days’ and provides instruction and funding for a youth ski program at Homestake Lodge.
Hungry Hill Art Center – Donation $391
Hungry Hill a community-centered art hub for Southwest Montana offerings include pottery classes, workshops, clay-centered birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and support for community fundraising events with plans to grow classes and offerings.
