Sinclair bakery pop-ups coming to 5518

5518 is excited to welcome Sinclair’s Bakery to our space this winter. On select Saturdays, Mark will bring his artisanal breads and pastries to our “Front Porch” inside 5518.

Based in Whitehall, Montana, Sinclair’s Bakery bakes in a unique, self-designed trailer—and uses flour milled from grain grown right here in Montana! The result: European-style breads and pastries with local roots. Expect a delicious variety of croissants, baguettes, Apfelstrudel, sourdough loaves, potato rolls, and much more.

Having already become a popular vendor in the Big Sky and Bozeman markets, Mark has participated in several Butte’s farmers’ markets and Saturday winter markets at the Elk’s Lodge. If you’ve tasted their goods, you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss out!
